Rachel was the perfect host from beginning to end. Everything about the description was spot on and couldn’t have been better. Still a bit warm when we came so we didn’t utilize the outside amenities but will definitely look to do so when we return. If you’re looking for a great spot for 1-4 people near the downtown river walk area, this is your spot!

This place is truly a gem with great hosts. Clean and quiet, close to downtown and Ybor district. Place was very clean, bed was comfortable. Instructions were clear and the minor concern I bought to the host’s attention was addressed immediately and she was very apologetic and even gifted a bottle of wine for my “troubles” even though it was truly not. She checked in daily. If I am ever in need of a place in Tampa again, I will keep this place on my list and recommend to others!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The space was beautifully decorated, cozy, and had all the essentials. Can’t say enough about how great our experience here was - it felt like we were right at home!! I was recovering from a surgery most of the time we were in town so we very much lived in this house like it was our own and it we felt so welcome. The place is so cute with so many amenities. We loved having the backyard for our dog and the outdoor seating area to hang out. The whole place was so clean, smelled good, and I love that they made it so seamless to check out. Absolutely recommend to anyone!! This place was a gem and we hope to go back!

Rachel’s loft is beautiful and very comfortable! My boyfriend and I stayed here while we took the bar exam and it was perfect. A short drive to the Tampa convention center, very quiet in the evenings, and the place had everything we needed and then some! Thank you for a great stay

I was so absolutely pleased staying at this Abnb. This house had absolutely everything and anything you may have needed being away from. It was cozy and very clean and well taken care of which I appreciate. The host was quick to response and very attentive to our needs. I truly recommend this Abnb for your next stay if needing to stay in the Tampa downtown area. I will definitely be using it for future Tampa stays.

What a beautiful house! I was there for work and needed a place close to downtown that my nonprofit could afford. this was perfect and only a 7 minute drive to the convention center. Driveway fit 2 cars easily and the place was super cozy. Had a really cool vibe with beautiful artwork in the dining room, a retro style fridge and cool sheik furniture. backyard was awesome with a firepit, lights and cool chairs. Will definitely stay again!
